They are predicting about 8,000 residences of diverse types, styles and price range. This will give housing options for nearly 20,000 community members. The developers have also included 15 miles of multi-use trails, world-class bicycle infrastructure, transit service, school, Town and Village Centers providing a range of shopping services and gathering spaces.
