ODVA

Only five states offer this exclusive Veterans' only loan program that is distinct to the the Federal VA program. Are you a Veteran or active-duty looking to purchase a home in Oregon? If so, you may want to look into the ODVA (Oregon Department of Veteran's affairs) home loan as an option. This loan program's main benefit is the low interest rates it provides and no funding fee. ODVA Loans do require at least 5% down.

VA Loan

The VA Loan programs help Veterans finance the purchase of a home with favorable loan terms and at an interest rate typically lower than rates charged on other types of mortgages. In addition, all VA loan programs offer a 100% financing option to those that qualify.
